Absolutely fantastic pressing that's almost completely silent. The performance is top-notch and took me on a delightful journey down memory lane. I just wish I could've attended one of the shows!
The tunes and show are awesome. I'm not certain if it's a decision made during mastering or an issue with the pressing, but the sound has a sort of 'dipped' quality, with plenty of high-end (and low-end too). The mids are missing. There are moments where I notice some harsh high-frequency distortion, which isn't very nice. The record is on the quiet side, with no surface noise or pops/clicks, I just wish they'd handled the recording/mastering differently.
Fantastic edition! Completely quiet. Audio is incredibly spacious, perfectly balanced, and robust. Lovely gatefold cover.
