Last Christmas, I couldn't swing the cost of this, but I'm happy to say I could snag a copy this year. It's a tad pricey, though I did manage to find a sealed one for under seventy bucks, and wrestling the second record out of that gatefold sleeve can be a real hassle; but overall, it's an amazing (and sometimes downright funky) listen, and this set sounds way better to me than any of the James Brown Christmas collections or reissues I've come across before.
