Got my signed copy today. The music's gorgeous, but there's a few pops on side A, which is a real bummer.
This album's title couldn't be more fitting. Truly, it's been quite some time since a jazz solo piano record has captivated me so completely. The last one that springs to mind is Nitai Hershkovits' "Call on the old wise" - at least on ECM. Simply extraordinary. The production, engineering, and pressing are all top-notch as well. Now, it's a cherished part of my collection.
