Whether a review is positive, negative, or neutral, we always publish it. However, we screen every review to ensure it is authentic and free of profanity. These checks happen automatically, though a human occasionally steps in. We never pay for reviews.
The sound quality of this record is fantastic! I'd definitely suggest it if you're looking to add this treasure to your vinyl collection!
As others have mentioned: track's tuned higher by a few notes. Heads up, shoppers.
Yeah, not the best pressing, but for the price compared to the original version, I can live with the pitch correction. Win... Win. Lose... Lose.
Limp Bizkit's Light offers a collection where slower tunes outnumber the heavier ones, which might not appeal to everyone right away. There aren't many tracks that truly grab your attention, though "Eat You Alive" and "Head For The Barricade" do bring back that louder energy for a bit. You can really tell how much the band misses Borland's touch. The guitar riffs and melodies just lack that extra punch or newness. The cover of "Behind Blue Eyes" might be the most successful single, but it's not really my thing. With 16 tracks and 68 minutes, a shorter version could have been more balanced. This album has its moments, but I'd probably rate it a 6 out of 10.
Seventy bucks wasted. Note to self: check reviews prior to purchasing.
