This pressing is awful, filled with surface scratches, and plays with tons of crackles and loud pops that drown out the music, even though it's a new copy. It's a massive issue with nearly all new vinyls these days, no matter if they're black, colored, or picture discs. Seems like there's no quality control on new vinyls anymore. Pristine vinyls are a thing of the past.
The production on this album is flawless! It sounds incredible, with a great range and an excellent overall balance.
I stumbled upon this at my neighborhood store yesterday. Post-cleanup, it played without any hiss or static. Sound quality was solid. A solid purchase too.
