Product description

Immerse yourself in the vibrant rhythms and soulful melodies of Marco Pereira's "O Samba da Minha Terra," a captivating journey through the heart of Brazilian jazz. Released on February 1, 2004, under the Marco Pereira label, this 51-minute album is a testament to Pereira's mastery of the genre, blending traditional samba with jazz influences to create a sound that is both timeless and innovative.

The album opens with "Samba Triste," setting the tone for a collection that is as emotionally resonant as it is musically rich. Tracks like "Expresso 2222" and "Tempo de Futebol" showcase Pereira's ability to infuse everyday experiences with a sense of joy and nostalgia. The instrumental prowess on display in "La Fiesta" and "Chazz!" is a highlight, demonstrating Pereira's virtuosity on the guitar.
