Hardly ever silent press! Incredibly fantastic sound! Among the top modern pressings I've got! 100% Recommended reissue!
Without a doubt, this is the cd version you should get. Unlike the Grönland reissue, it doesn't have those tiny skips in the last minute and a half of Watussi. It's true that this album is lo-fi by nature, so it's never gonna be perfect, but the tracks do sound a tad fuller than my lp reissue. Plus, there's a bit more tape hiss on this version, but it's not bothersome—it blends in naturally and fades away when the music gets louder. Fingers crossed the Zuckerzeit reissue from this series turns out this good.

I'm really hoping the Zuckerzeit reissue from this series turns out just as good.

For sure, this is the cd version you wanna have. It doesn't have those tiny cutouts at the end of Watussi, like in the Grönland reissue. It's a lo-fi album at heart, so it ain't gonna blow you away, but the tracks do sound a tad fuller than my lp reissue. Plus, there's more tape hiss on this one, but it's not bothersome, it blends in and fades when the songs get more intense. Fingers crossed the Zuckerzeit reissue from this series is just as good.
