Some folks here seem to be itching to find fault, and I'm not sure why. I'm not crazy about the color scheme, but then again, I'm not too fond of the silver one either. It's just personal taste, nothing that ruins the experience. The sound is crisp and incredible. It's easily the album of the year, in my opinion. Just wanted to share my thoughts on the various pressings. From what I've noticed, it's not so much about a US versus EU release. I believe there are two global pressings. The record shop I visited in Richmond, VA, only carries the one that says "Made in France." They mentioned they sourced it from a domestic supplier.
I've got the one with the 'Made in France' sticker. Zero problems here. It's got a 1g tracking force and not a single skip. Plus, no dust, clicks, or pops coming from the sleeve. And let me tell you, it sounds incredible too.
Sounds absolutely amazing. The Silver/Trash Bag hue is even more striking up close. Top-notch pressing, and the limited colorway is seriously rad. This could very well be the ultimate vinyl version of this album.
