Whether a review is positive, negative, or neutral, we always publish it. However, we screen every review to ensure it is authentic and free of profanity. These checks happen automatically, though a human occasionally steps in. We never pay for reviews.
I purchased this one fresh out of the box and it delivers fantastic sound quality. There's some usual reggae vinyl hiss, but it's certainly one of the best sounding records in my Culture lineup.
I've got this same disc, but over on the right side of the label, it's got the US distributor's address: JOE GIBBS ENTREPRISES, Inc, 3240 N.W 72 Ave., MIAMI, FL 33122
Culture's third LP for Joe Gibbs, MORE CULTURE, may not quite match the brilliance of TWO SEVENS CLASH or BALDHEAD BRIDGE, yet it still boasts some standout tracks like "Iron Sharpens Iron", "More Aggravation" and "White Belly Rat". This 1981 US version delivers excellent audio quality, packed with deep bass, crisp instruments and rich vocals. My copy spins smoothly with just a touch of light surface noise popping up between certain tracks.
