After some time, I managed to get my hands on my copy from Rough Trade NYC. There were certainly some problems with their new ordering system - at one stage, it instructed me to collect it in London (which wasn't very useful). In the end, it was discovered tucked away in storage at their new second-hand shop in NYC (even though their website still says it's in transit...). I'm a bit hesitant to order from them online again.
