His discography, featuring albums like "Please, Mr. Organ Player!" and "Mulholland Dr.," is a testament to his enduring influence and musical prowess. Buckner passed away on July 27, 1977, in Chicago, Illinois, but his legacy continues to inspire musicians and enthusiasts alike.
