Whether a review is positive, negative, or neutral, we always publish it. However, we screen every review to ensure it is authentic and free of profanity. These checks happen automatically, though a human occasionally steps in. We never pay for reviews.
In my view, this is the 4th best Nas album. It's aged as well as fine Cherry Wine
Sadly, the song 'Nasty' ain't here.. Maybe just on cd I suppose
I'm really enjoying the music on this album! But there's occasionally an issue with harsh sibilance...
At this price point, I expected a bit more bass, it's not quite up to par for hip hop tracks. On the plus side, it's nice and quiet, no unwanted background noise. My copy arrived with the C/D sides a tad warped, but it plays just fine on my system. It's not a major issue when you're shelling out 20 or 30 bucks for a record, but it ended up costing me over 70€ after shipping and taxes.
I'm still totally into this record. The pressing is super smooth, even though I've been rough with it from all the playin'.
