La Traviata's Knockout Pressing
5 out of 5 stars

Having done my homework on the top-notch pressings of La Traviata, I struck gold with this one. The set was still shrink-wrapped and untouched, so it was in flawless condition. But what truly blew me away was the audio quality from the get-go. You can even catch the soprano catching her breath before she starts singing. The range is powerful, unfiltered, and electrifying. It's an absolute knockout of a pressing. The only tiny downside was a bit of over-saturation on the highest notes from the soprano, but that might just be my setup's fault. I'd wholeheartedly suggest this to any opera record collector.
