On Amazon US, it's marked as a pre-order with a March 31, 2017 release date for $43.34... probably the black vinyl edition. I bought mine from an eBay seller and got black vinyl. Everything matches the sun/moon colored version. Regarding the quality, there's quite a bit of noise on this pressing. You can even hear it at low volume.
I'm really happy to see I'm not the only one confused about the 45 vs. 33 1/3 thing. Didn't notice it till the very end. But it still sounded great overall.
