Amazing sounding record that doesn't feel overly 'digital' thanks to all the synths and drum machines. It has fantastic details, depth and clarity without being too harsh. So happy I picked it up!
Wow, this album is incredible, it's like a glimpse into the future. A fantastic blend of smooth Funk and Electro, with some fresh Jazz thrown in. The production is top-notch, delivering that irresistible funky electro vibe. Truly sublime work from Miles Davis' heir apparent.

The 1983 vinyl release of this album is absolutely fantastic. It's super flat and quiet, with an incredible soundstage that brings out so many effects and details from the record. Herbie Hancock's experimental concept album here won him a Grammy in '84, and it's a must-have!
Super 80s vibes, yet still enjoyable to listen to. Plus, it's a key album in Herbie's journey (even though he's had quite a few!)
