About Giorgio Pacorig

Giorgio Pacorig is a versatile and adventurous pianist and composer, born in Staranzano, Italy, in 1970. His musical journey began at the age of eight with classical piano studies, but his passion soon expanded to include jazz and improvised music. Since 1987, Pacorig has dedicated himself to exploring the depths of these genres, participating in prestigious workshops such as Siena Jazz and collaborating with a diverse range of musicians.

Pacorig's music is characterised by its originality and spontaneity, reflecting his unique approach to composition and performance. He has released several albums, including the captivating free jazz record 'We Hope We Understand' and the intimate duo album 'Così Com'è' with Stefano Giust, which showcases their deep musical connection after two decades of collaboration. His discography spans various styles, from jazz and electronic music to film scores and improvisational works.

Throughout his career, Pacorig has performed in numerous festivals, theatres, and jazz clubs, both as a solo artist and as part of various ensembles. His extensive musical activity and collaborations with artists from different backgrounds highlight his versatility and commitment to pushing the boundaries of his art.
