Having listened to this LP five times now, I'm convinced: This is a truly awful pressing. The worst in my entire collection. It sounds heavily compressed, with zero dynamics, and there are issues during certain tracks like "I Wanna Go" and "How I Roll." The inner groove distortion is particularly noticeable, especially on side B. Songs like "Criminal," one of my favorites from the album, are almost unlistenable due to this problem. I really hope this album gets a European 180g black vinyl repress sometime in the future.
My one sounds awesome, but there's hardly any splatter on it! 😭
Contrary to what many people seem to have experienced, my copy arrived with fantastic sound! I've got to say, the FF vinyl looks even better than I had hoped. The only two things it could use, in my opinion, are more splatter (since it's so gorgeous and fits the album's vibe perfectly) and being a double LP to accommodate the awesome bonus tracks.
sounds incredible but appears like someone either a) let an egg slip from their grasp or b) had a bit of a mishap and did... well, something not so pleasant on it
