Def Leppard ranks among my top 20 favorite bands! Yet, this is the one album I just can't seem to connect with!
In general, this is a fair shot at revisiting the Hysteria & Adrenalize days. I could've easily cut this double-LP down to just ten songs and kept it on one vinyl (there's a couple that just don't feel like Def Leppard!). It's 'worth it' though and deserves a spot in my small, curated collection. For me, this is where the journey ends. The 80s music style is where the magic happened. This album captures some of that vibe.
I must say, they've absolutely nailed it, it sounds fantastic. Five stars, no doubt about it.
Stunning record, top-notch production. Even my modest bookshelf speakers bring the bass. Fantastic addition to my Lep vinyl collection.
This is pure Def Leppard and Mutt Lange brilliance, reminiscent of Hysteria! The only downside is that it ends way too quickly! Absolutely love it.
