Whether a review is positive, negative, or neutral, we always publish it. However, we screen every review to ensure it is authentic and free of profanity. These checks happen automatically, though a human occasionally steps in. We never pay for reviews.
I'm absolutely thrilled to finally have my all-time favorite German indie album from the 90s on vinyl. Back in '97, I was just 14 and didn't own a record player. Back then, it was the CD that spent the entire summer in my compact stereo. When I started collecting vinyl around 2007, this album's LP version was already a rare find, popping up at record shows for 150 euros or more! Waiting another dozen years for a proper reissue was totally worth it. The vinyl sounds fantastic and plays without any issues. The extra disc with live tracks is a real treat. The package could've been perfect if they'd included the amazing single B-sides from that era too. But hey, I get it, they gotta leave something for the ultra-nerdy original single collectors. It'll be interesting to see if the prices for the original vinyl LP drop now that this well-done reissue is out.
I've got a signed copy here, all three of them put their names in black, gold, and silver - back in '97, Cologne! :)
