My vinyl wasn’t entirely flat, but apart from that, it's a flawless copy. 9/10
This 1979 reissue of the timeless 1966 album is utterly captivating, with each track seamlessly transitioning into the next, creating a gorgeous, continuous flow as the musicians intertwine their sounds. The pressing is flawless, delivering a lively and energetic performance from the band, featuring punchy bass, sharp percussion, and Lloyd's flute and sax that are rich and full. My copy is in excellent shape, with no detectable surface noise.
Fantastic value for the price! I've spent more on far inferior jazz albums. The sound quality isn't top-tier but it's more than adequate. Definitely a keeper.
