In my opinion, the top album of 2021... nothing more to add.
Amazing album, might just turn into a classic, in my view. One of those albums where you know from the first listen that you'll keep coming back to it time and time again. I'm really digging the variety of vibes throughout the songs, and I'm especially fond of the ending of face b from Day. My copy hasn't given me any issues. The sound quality is pretty average, not outstanding but not terrible either. I genuinely enjoy listening to it.
Fantastic, amazing album. Terrible, horrible pressing. Such a pity MPO
Fantastic, really quiet and clear pressing. Great album too
Mind-blowing music, but the vinyl is a real disappointment. There's a ton of surface hiss and a couple of pressing flaws on my copy of Day. Most importantly, the dynamics just aren't there for such a well-crafted album. This is the band's worst release yet, which is a real bummer. I think it's probably due to the pandemic. I use an AT-OC9XSL cartridge, which is fantastic, so I can definitely tell this pressing isn't up to par. But aside from the pressing, what an absolutely fantastic album! I love their more mature sound while still keeping that classic Parcels feel.
