The music is absolutly amazing, brings so much happyness while listening. Just like many other MOV albums.

  • Punchy Sound, Great Re-Release

    5 out of 5 stars
    ruvbaqe_6February 14, 2024United States🇺🇸

Awesome instrument distinction and clear, detailed sound. Really punchy with a tight midrange and super punchy bass. Fantastic re-release, would definitely recommend. The cover is glossy with a matte back, super nice!

  • Disappointing Vinyl Quality

    4 out of 5 stars
    AdvqimjmigbogcFebruary 10, 2024United States🇺🇸

I recently got this, and sadly, my copy was cut by Wes Garland (WG/NRP Ⓤ) instead of Kevin Gray as mentioned earlier. The crappy paper sleeve is also a bit disappointing... The sound is alright but not anything special. The vinyl is quite noisy and full of pops, even after cleaning it.

  • Outstanding Edition, Affordable Price

Truly outstanding edition, incredibly lively and still affordable at a fantastic price.

About Sly & The Family Stone

Sly & The Family Stone, hailing from San Francisco, revolutionized the music scene with their groundbreaking fusion of funk, soul, R&B, rock, and psychedelic sounds. Formed in 1966, this iconic band, led by the visionary Sly Stone, was the first major American rock group to feature a racially integrated, mixed-gender lineup. With a core lineup that included Sly's siblings Freddie and Rose Stone, along with talented musicians like Cynthia Robinson, Greg Errico, Jerry Martini, and Larry Graham, Sly & The Family Stone crafted timeless hits like "Everyday People," "Dance to the Music," and "Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin)." Their innovative sound and social consciousness made them a pivotal force in the late '60s and early '70s, influencing generations of artists and leaving an indelible mark on pop culture.
