First record completely bent and second one with a huge scratch. I'm hoping Waxwork, now with their new pressing plant, can send us flat and scratch-less records next time...
Absolutely gorgeous pressing. No surface noise and fantastic dynamics. And what a stunning score!
Alas, this is one of the lesser quality pressings in my assortment; both discs are filled with crackles and disturbances, and the audio quality itself is frequently quite compressed. Moreover, one of the inner sleeves was ripped by the disc's edge. Regrettably, this is my third Waxwork release and each one has had problems like these; I now steer clear of them when I can (which is a pity considering the clear and commendable effort they put into the outer packaging).
I was amazed to find one at the regular store price. Fortunately, my records are fine and sound fantastic.
