Wow, this album is absolutely brilliant! I've enjoyed a few of her singles, but her albums have never quite grabbed me before. This one, though, is in a league of its own. It sounds incredible on vinyl. Honestly, I'd go as far to say it's one of my all-time favourites!
This album is hands down one of the best sounding in my collection. Beyond Beyoncé being an incredible artist, her team puts serious effort into these projects, and it truly shines through. The sound is pristine, with an expansive range from the soaring highs to the deepest bass. It's a stellar showcase of audio quality, comes in gorgeous packaging, and is packed with hit after hit.
I absolutely love this album—it's a fantastic masterpiece, very much in the vein of _Renaissance_. The box set is gorgeous, an absolute treat for the eyes. Unfortunately, the last few tracks on disc 2 are marred by some harsh sibilance.
When I bought this new record, it had some scratches on the surface. Barnes and Noble refused to swap it for another one. The records still play fine without any skips, but I'm not sure if this is a common problem with certain pressings.
Packaging is top-notch, the booklet and poster are absolutely stunning, just as good as the renaissance one. The sound quality is incredible, super clear with hardly any surface noise.
