I'm puzzled as to why this album has such a low rating, considering it's a Waxee release. The pressing quality isn't too shabby. It might not blow you away, but it's intentionally lo-fi. The blue color is gorgeous, though I'd call it more of a "blue with a smoky hue" than a sparkly blue.
Totally agree, this pressing sounds great for a lo-fi recording. The soundstage, separation, and balance are all top-notch. It definitely beats the [flac] download from her Bandcamp. There's a bit of vinyl noise, but it's not too distracting.
There's a noticeable amount of grain in the right channel during the first few tracks on both sides... After that, the album is really relaxing, which is perfect for this album.
All instruments and the vocals come through loud and clear. Just right for this kind of music.
This vinyl release is absolutely amazing. The audio quality is superb. Barely any surface hissing and zero issues with the mastering. Plus, the colored vinyl looks awesome. Well done on this one!
