Friedemann Eichhorn, born in 1971 in Münster, Germany, is a renowned classical violinist celebrated for his versatility and creativity. With a career spanning over two decades, Eichhorn has established himself as one of the most dynamic musicians of his generation. He is known for his extensive discography, having recorded over 30 CDs with labels like Naxos and Hänssler Classic, showcasing a wide range of solo and chamber music repertoire.

Eichhorn's artistic journey is deeply rooted in his longstanding association with Kronberg Academy, where he has served as the Artistic Director since 2000. His performances span from early music to contemporary works, demonstrating his profound musicality and technical prowess. Beyond his solo career, Eichhorn is also a dedicated educator, holding professorships at the Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt in Weimar and the Gropius Quartet. His collaborative spirit is evident in his work with ensembles such as the Phaeton Piano Trio, further enriching his musical contributions.
