Fantastic album. However, this is probably the 3rd Sub Pop Loser edition that’s come with a ton of surface hiss. I won’t be purchasing any colored vinyl from them again.
Appearance: stunning marbling effect that matches the preview. Lighting it up gives it a slightly pearly shimmer.Packaging: I'd have loved a gatefold design, but the massive poster is a great incentive to buy it.Audio: no distortion after a proper clean spin
Nothing to complain about, absolutely nothing! Barely any surface noise during the quiet parts. It's a real looker, NM appears to be the genuine deal.
There's a bit of a hiss, but it doesn't really take away from the tunes. I reckon it's a fair swap for a record that glows, though I'd only suggest having one glow-in-the-dark vinyl in your stack if you actually spin your music, since there is that faint static noise.
I guess I got one of the cleaner copies out there, barely any hissing on my record. Awesome album, and in my opinion, this is the best version I've heard!
