My version has a fair bit of surface hiss, to be expected with a picture disc naturally, but the audio is surprisingly dynamic. Plenty of range. Awesome album as well 🤘🏼
I must say, this is truly impressive. The sound quality is crystal clear, not a single hint of noise or distortion. The packaging is quite distinctive, so I took the extra step of placing the discs in anti-static sleeves for added safety. However, taking the records out for the first time was quite the task!
The vinyl record itself is quite good. But you should change the records into separate sleeves. If it stays like that the paper sticks and clings to the record. Had to soak it in water to get it off.
The sound quality of my copy is fantastic and the color is awesome. However, I'm not a fan of the packaging, it's distinctive but not very practical, so I created my own gatefold and sleeves and I keep the PVC cover separate.
I picked up a CD version on eBay, and it's the one that comes in the clear plastic sleeve, but it's just the disc, no booklet inside. The seller mentioned they got it brand new and that's how it arrived, and some folks on reddit said theirs didn't have a lyric book either. Has anyone else heard about this before?
